No — a professional product photographer is included in your booking. You don’t need to source anyone separately. If you already have a photographer you work with and want to bring them, that’s fine too — just let us know when booking.
Bring your products clean, pressed (for clothing), and free from dust. For packaging-heavy products, bring spares in case you want options. We’ll brief you fully once your booking is confirmed — there’s nothing complicated about it.
Yes — standard image editing is included. We deliver properly colour-corrected, clean images ready to upload. If you need more extensive retouching — background removal, composite shots, advanced post-processing — just ask and we’ll discuss what’s possible.
It depends on the product type and how many variations or angles you need per product. Packshot-style ecommerce shoots move quickly. Lifestyle and more complex setups take more time. We’ll advise on the right session length when you enquire.
Yes — we’re familiar with Amazon’s main image requirements (white background, product filling at least 85% of the frame, no text or watermarks) and shoot to that spec as standard. We also create lifestyle and additional images for your secondary image slots.

Yes — we can shoot clothing using ghost mannequin technique (which makes garments look like they’re being worn with no model visible), flat lay, or on hangers. If you do want a model shoot, get in touch and we can discuss options for sourcing this.
