As the event space, staffing and resources are secured in advance for your booking, the following policy applies.
All bookings are confirmed with full payment and are non-refundable.
You may request to transfer your booking to an alternative date, provided the request is made more than 30 days before the scheduled event date. All transfers are subject to availability and can only be made once.
Requests made within 30 days of the event date cannot be rescheduled.
If you choose to cancel your booking at any time, the full payment will be retained.
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule an event due to unforeseen circumstances, an alternative date will be offered or a full refund will be provided.

We don’t have an infinity cove in the studio. Instead, we offer a generous selection of Colorama paper backdrops in various colours to keep the space adaptable for a wide range of creative setups – all included in your studio hire.
Yes – we love dogs! We’ve even got a little sausage dog called Lola. You’re very welcome to use the studio for pet photography – we just ask that you tidy up afterwards.
