As the event space, staffing and resources are secured in advance for your booking, the following policy applies.
All bookings are confirmed with full payment and are non-refundable.
You may request to transfer your booking to an alternative date, provided the request is made more than 30 days before the scheduled event date. All transfers are subject to availability and can only be made once.
Requests made within 30 days of the event date cannot be rescheduled.
If you choose to cancel your booking at any time, the full payment will be retained.
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule an event due to unforeseen circumstances, an alternative date will be offered or a full refund will be provided.

Absolutely, we’d love to help! Our on-site team will be there to set everything up. We recommend arriving about 10 minutes before your booking so we can get you settled in and ready to go.
Not at all – our studio is a versatile space that’s been used for everything from podcast recording to social media content, YouTube videos, product demos and more. Plus, we have a fully equipped photo and video studio downstairs, perfect for professional shoots of all kinds.
Your podcast will be recorded to an SD card, then uploaded and delivered to you via WeTransfer within 48 hours of your session – all included at no extra cost.
Of course! Our studio can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. Just let us know in advance how many will be attending.
Yes – we love helping first-time podcasters! From recording to editing, artwork, and uploading to platforms like Spotify and Apple Podcasts, we can guide you through every step.
Aside from podcasting, our space is used for content creation such as social media reels, product demos, interviews, and promotional videos.
